Cousins in town, New Dress I made and Cambry does the big girl bed

So Cambry has been sleeping in her big girl bed for about 2 weeks now. She does great. The only bad part is nap time. She still naps in her pack and play but on Weds I watch a little boy over here and she sleeps in her room and she is one who wakes up in the middle of her nap and cries and then goes back to sleep. She then wakes up Addi and then everyone is up but still did not get their whole nap in. Oh well one day a week is not bad.
I have been trying t sew again. I made the girls zebra and pink dresses. The second one, Addisyn's was much better but I did not picture her in it yet. I will next time she wears it. Cambry's dress looks good from far but far from good up close.
Finally the cousins are here. 3 of Jodi's 6 are here. We have been having fun with them. We went to Sea World together bowling, played hours of hide and seek and they still have 1 and 1/2 weeks left to be here so it should be a lot of fun. That was the first time for my girls to bowl. They loved it. Cambry really did. Stay tuned for more pictures.

Butterfly Garden room

The room is almost done. I still have to hang the big butterflies from the ceiling and I am waiting for Cambry's name to come in and I might change the bedding. The shams that match it were disconitued and I feel like I really need them. So it might change a bit. But look at the cute fence Brady made. I think he did a great job.

Oh yes and Cambry slept in her bed last night and did great!

Video overload

I got a new computer awhile back and could not figure out the video connection and just kept forgetting. Well I remembered today so enjoy a lot of videos over the past few months!!!

The first one is Addisyn on a ride at Sea World. The second is Addisyn trying out her bunkbeds for the first time. The last one is me teaching them how to do back handsprings and Cambry being cute and crazy in the yard!!!

Cambry is now 15months

Well my little baby is now 15 months and not so much of a baby anymore. We are actually going to try her in a bed tonight!!! She is talking up a storm. She says:

I might be forgetting a few but she is talking a lot and understands so much. She can do spins, happy feet (tap feet), attempt rolls.
She knows a lot of her body parts and a lot of animal sounds and identify many animals. She loves the water but not the pool floatie. She would prefer you to carry her and she kicks like crazy. She is very adventurous and wants to do everything her big sister does. She loves to pretend to be a dog. All you have to say is "are you a dog and she runs and grabs a toy puts it in her mouth and crawls back to you. She can do it forever if you throw it to her. I am sure I am forgetting some of her other cool tricks. Here i a video of her talking about a month ago and also Addisyn and Cambry doing gymnastics.

Happy 4th of July!!

What is going on this summer!

Well this summer Brady is working like normal and I am teaching one boot camp class. I am also watching a little boy named Brady over here on Wednesday and then the rest of the weekdays I am watching the sweetest little girl named Natalie at her house. Natalie and Addisyn have so much fun together. Addisyn adores her and Natalie really likes her too. Every week is different, like this week we are there from 7-9 AM and then I pick her up at 3-5 PM. So I know she really loves the girls cause she was so concerned yesterday when I picked her up and I did not have my girls(they stayed at home with Daddy and napped). She really wanted to go get them and then she kind of just tuned me out and watched TV. I felt good cause I know she likes my girls but sad cause she must not think I am fun. Anyway, I need to get pic of them them together cause Addisyn loves her "work". The only bad thing is we have to leave here at 6:30 so they have to wake up super early and the weekends you know they still wake up super early.
So we decided to put the in the same room 2 nights ago. It is crazy but like everything else we are giving it the 3 day rule. Morning one Addisyn woke up at 5:45 yelling , "Cambry are you there, wake up!" I was not that upset cause I was already up for work but gosh it was early. This morning they slept til had to wake them.
We are not doing a mural in the girls room except for a few trees. Here is a pic of them. I think the turned out super cute. They are not done yet but here is what they look like so far. I have a whole bunch of items coming in for there room this week so I am excited. I think it should be ready in the next couple of weeks. But we have to get Cambry into a big girl bed to see what everything will look like in its place. I hope to have her in a bed by the end of the summer.

Addisyn does her "work" and a big "ouch"

Addisyn has been doing schoolwork lately. She really loves it and is very smart.

Cambry had her first big ouchie! I felt so bad for her. I feel bad for saying how it happened. She was climbing the ladder on the bunk beds and fell and banged her head. I normally am right there but we were a few steps away and just missed her. We normally take down the ladder and will not forget to do it again.

We are trying to stay cool!!! It is so hot here.

Pizza Family Fun Night

So now that the girls are getting older we are starting traditions. Pizza night has been around for awhile on Fridays but now we make our own every Friday and it is super fun. The girls both help out. I am going to try and find some ways to add veggies everyone likes and maybe even make a homemade wheat dough and maybe try and make the sauce. Anyway, a great time is had by all and if you say to Addi, it is Pizza Family she will scream Fun Night.

I love it.

Happy Father's Day

I am so lucky to have an amazing husband and Father. I ask Addisyn who she likes the best(immature I know) and she always, "Daddy, Cambry likes you the best." She tries to make me feel better by saying Camby is mine but hey that is ok. I know they love me and I know they love Brady. He is the Dad that will always be there for them and will help them live a great life for God. He will be a great provider and teach them to love God beyond anything else. I am so glad I found my soul mate. Cheesy I know but true. We of course have quarrels here and there but who does not. Anyway, He is the best Dad and the type of Dad anyone would want to have!!!

2 kids and 6 dogs. I am watching my mom's doggies and it is a full house over here!!! Glad it is 6 dogs and not 6 little kids. I would go crazy!!!

Summer Time and New Beds

We are re-doing the girls room this summer. I hope to have Cambry in a bed by the end of the summer. As of now Addisyn is sleeping on the top bunk of the new bunk beds but when Cambry is ready to go into a big girl bed, I will separate them and they will be two twin beds. After a long search in trying to find the bunk beds I wanted, they still were not the right ones. I wanted ones that when you unstacked them, they would be the same height but they are still 1 1/2 inches difference. Hopefully I am the only one who will notice. I have also been on a hunt for bedding. I found some and it should arrive on Thursday. I hope it is what I have in mind. We are doing a garden theme with lots of butterflies and flowers and a white picket fence all the way around the room. It is going to be a slow project so I will post when we finally complete the project.
We went to Sea World on Sunday(we get our money worth huh?) and Cambry was so cute, she fell asleep on Brady floating in the lazy river. Apparently it really is lazy! Addisyn played in the water park for 2 plus hours. We normally only stay at Sea World for 2 hours so we were there a long time for us. It was fun. Then when we got home my stomach started to hurt and sure enough, STOMACH BUG again. It was so bad. I got it last time it was going around SA and lost 6 pounds in 12 hours, this time it was only 3 pounds in 10 hours but it was still no fun! Back to being normal again though.
We are trying to get out and do fun things on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and one day during the weekend. That way we are at home some but my girls get a little crazy if we do not get out that much or maybe it is me who gets crazy! We went to Landa Park, Chuck e Cheese, Sea World, Library Time, parks, swimming and gymnastics. My girls are pretty lucky huh?
Well I am going to try and post more. My mom is out of town and am sure she is missing my girls so I will try to keep her posted with pics. Love you Mom!!!

Also I wanted to update on my wild child Cambry who can climb all the way up the ladder and stand on the top bunk and give me a heart attack. She also loves all the big slides at the park. She wants to be just like Addisyn. She is saying a lot of words! She can say Doggie, Daddy, Hallelujah, there it is, like it. She is also doing spins, jumping and happy feet. She is such a big girl now! I love this age.
