Preparing for Cooler 1 meal plan


All my greens

Some more veggies

Apples and egg(hard boiled some for the week)

Whey protein powder, millet, and steel cut oats

Turkey breast cutlets, bison and grilled chicken

The book I am following
I went to HEB and Sun Harvest and Costco to stock up for this week. I didn't have to go to the all the different locations but Sun Harvest does not carry bison and I was already at Costco.
I love the way all the food looks with all the colors.
To prepare yesterday I divided out all the bison in to 3 ounces and the turkey cutlets into 7 ounces(eat 3 and save the rest for my kids)
